Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IntelliMatch Developer with strong expertise in reconciliation systems and MS SQL development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing IntelliMatch (DIM) solutions, while ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and existing IntelliMatch reconciliations to design effective solutions
• Configure and develop IntelliMatch (DIM) components, including reconciliations and enhancements
• Develop and maintain MS SQL stored procedures and support code changes
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and system architecture guidelines
• Provide recommendations on technical solutions and tools aligned with enterprise architecture
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications
• Create and maintain technical documentation:
  • Design specifications
  • Technical guidelines
  • BAU (Business-As-Usual) support documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining independent ownership of tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in:
  • IntelliMatch (DIM) development/configuration/consulting
• Strong proficiency in:
  • IntelliMatch (DIM)
  • MS SQL / Stored Procedures
• Experience with reconciliation processes and systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills:

• IntelliMatch (DIM)
• MS SQL / PL-SQL
• Reconciliation Systems
• Application Integration Architecture
• Power BI (nice to have)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial reconciliation platforms
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
