BI Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer for a hybrid role in Aurora, CO.

Summary:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making across Operations and Finance. This role focuses on building reporting and analytics for cash flow and revenue, while contributing to broader BI initiatives. Ideal for a self-directed analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop dashboards and reports for cash flow, revenue trends, and projections
* Deliver month-over-month and year-over-year revenue analysis
* Partner with Operations and Finance to define requirements and deliver insights
* Build and optimize SQL data models and Tableau dashboards
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Experience with financial or revenue analytics preferred
* Advanced SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
* Strong Tableau Dashboard Development
* Analytical thinking with financial acumen

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
