  • Support CI/CD excellence by improving deployment workflows, automation, and release reliability
  • Partner with team members to promote Agile practices, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture
  • Contribute to team growth through recruiting efforts, mentorship, and technical development support
  • Help shape modern DevOps capabilities across the team by bringing a continuous-improvement mindset to day-to-day work

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or quantitative discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or mathematics
  • 3+ years of software experience developing cloud-native applications and services in a modern engineering environment
  • Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Java or Python to support automation and CI/CD customization
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • A practical understanding of how to build, automate, and support reliable software delivery processes

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with DevSecOps automation that helps build security into delivery workflows
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and/or SRE operations
