The RPA Lead Healthcare will own end-to-end automation engagements across payer/provider/life sciences operations, from discovery through delivery and post-production optimization. This role partners with business and operational leaders to identify high-value automation opportunities, quantify ROI, and build an outcomes-driven automation roadmap. The candidate will provide solution leadership and governance while remaining hands-on in UiPath to accelerate delivery and ensure technical quality. The role ensures automation is designed for reliability, auditability, and compliance-by-design, especially for PHI/PII workflows. Responsibilities: -

  • Lead client and business stakeholder workshops for process discovery, automation ideation, and prioritization; document current state, pain points, constraints, and target outcomes.
  • Translate business problems into an automation roadmap aligned to operational KPIs (cycle time, accuracy, throughput, cost-to-serve) and measurable value cases.
  • Define high-level automation solution architecture (attended/unattended/hybrid) including orchestration approach, bot runner strategy, environments, and release model.
  • Perform feasibility assessments covering technical viability, data/system constraints, exception scenarios, security risks, and implementation complexity; recommend go/no-go and phased delivery.
  • Own delivery governance: status reporting, RAID management, change control, stakeholder approvals, and release readiness checkpoints across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Define end-to-end RPA delivery approach: process assessment, target state design, exception handling strategy, resilience patterns, and operational runbooks for supportability.
  • Lead estimation, and milestone tracking; manage dependencies across business, IT, and platform teams to deliver on timelines.
  • Establish testing strategy and execution (unit/system/UAT), defect triage routines, cutover planning, and hypercare operations to stabilize production automations.
  • Hands-on UiPath development: Design, build, and review workflows in UiPath Studio; guide implementation of reusable libraries and components for scalable delivery.
  • Implement and standardize REFramework-based patterns where applicable (configuration-driven design, structured exception handling, retry logic, and logging).
  • Tailor solutions to healthcare workflows such as claims processing, eligibility, prior auth, provider onboarding, revenue cycle

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

  • 15+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in RPA/automation delivery, including end-to-end engagement ownership (discovery delivery hypercare).
  • UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, Orchestrator) or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
