Summary

SNI has teamed with a valued client in Scottsdale on a search for an Application Support Specialist. The Application Support Specialist will work in an on-site position to build rapport with IT vendors and internal teams to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 support for service requests and incident resolution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate IT infrastructure issues when necessary.
Monitor application performance and identify potential problems.
Manage application configurations to ensure systems operate effectively.
Create user guidelines and training materials to support system adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application support or a related IT role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts in the range of $35-$45 per hour. Insurance and other benefit options offered include:
