Job#: 3034440 Job Description: Key Responsibilities- Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise tax engines, including OneSource Determination, Vertex, or Avalara
- Assist with integration of tax engines into ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and ensure accurate tax calculation across transaction flows
- Contribute to global tax transformation initiatives, including migration of tax engines from on-premise to cloud environments
- Provide day-to-day support for multiple initiatives spanning LATAM, EMEAI, and APAC regions.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, and validation of tax solutions within ERP ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Tax, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Support integration efforts with adjacent platforms (e.g., procurement or finance systems tied to tax workflows)
- Assist in ongoing optimization and standardization of tax processes across global systems
- Contribute to projects involving tax compliance, determination, and e-invoicing capabilities
Required Qualifications- 4-6 years of experience in tax technology, indirect tax, or ERP-tax integration environments
- Experience with at least one major tax engine:
- OneSource Determination (preferred)
- Vertex or Avalara
- Experience integrating tax engines with:
- SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) or Oracle (Cloud or R12)
- Strong understanding of indirect tax processes and tax calculation concepts
- Ability to work in complex, global environments with multi-region requirements
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with broader tax platform capabilities (e.g., determination, compliance, e-invoicing)
- Exposure to cloud/SaaS-based tax or ERP environments
- Experience supporting ERP transformations or migrations (e.g., SAP to Oracle)
- Familiarity with procurement or finance system integrations
- Experience supporting global tax programs across LATAM, EMEAI, APAC
- Exposure to e-invoicing capabilities within tax platforms
