Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of UKG/Kronos implementation & integration experience.
Strong expertise in UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central (WFC).
UKG Certification (Mandatory) – UKG Pro Integration, UKG Dimensions Technical/Integration, or WFC Certification.
Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, API integrations, process design, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, SFTP, CSV/Flat File integrations.
Experience integrating UKG with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management systems.
Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Workforce Management, and Absence Management.
Ability to lead architecture discussions, define integration strategy, and resolve complex production issues.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
