Job Title: QA Test Manager/Test LeadJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to take ownership of creating and executing comprehensive test plans. You will lead the testing efforts, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through meticulous planning, execution, and management of test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities- Create and review test plans with business stakeholders including Product, Business, Operations, and Development teams.
- Lead the overall testing efforts to identify test cases, execute tests, create defects, and report status.
- Facilitate and manage testing schedules, defect triages, status calls, and escalations.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience with API (microservice) cucumber script test creation.
- Apply extensive knowledge and experience with UI/UX principles and test automation for UI.
- Utilize strong experience in parsing & generating data/files, bank standards, XML, and XPath.
- Manage and execute testing using tools such as Eclipse or NetBeans Project Management, TestNG, Web Services Testing, and version control like Bitbucket and Selenium.
- Employ strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Show solid computer programming experience, especially in Java and SQL.
- Utilize strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead Automation Projects in a Developer/Lead capacity.
- Review requirements and project documentation to perform automation feasibility analysis.
- Design, develop, maintain, and analyze automated test scripts.
- Execute automation scripts and prepare execution reports and defect logs.
- Create project deliverables including automation test plans, automation estimation, test reports, and automation dashboards.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of experience in parsing & generating data/files, bank standards, XML, and XPath.
- Hands-on experience with Eclipse or NetBeans, TestNG, and version control systems like Bitbucket.
- Experience with Selenium and Cucumber for test automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer programming experience in Java and SQL.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Demonstrable hands-on experience in Automation Projects in a Developer/Lead capacity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
