Our Client is seeking a Senior EDI Integration Analyst responsible for mapping, validating, testing, and certifying Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions across internal systems and external trading partners. This role ensures that EDI mappings, data flows, and integrations meet business, technical, and compliance requirements before promotion to production. The EDI Integration Analyst works closely with EDI Business Analysts, developers, ERP teams, and
external partners to integrate partners into existing Biz/TLI/E1 setups, onboard new partners, test enhancements to transactions and implementation of new transaction sets.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis of customer requirements (Guides) & transaction set mapping in TLI.
Execute testing for X12 EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856 etc.
Validate inbound and outbound EDI data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with partner specifications and internal standards.
Setup & testing of BIZ AS2 communications for new AS2 partners.
Review and test EDI transactions between AS2, TLI and E1.
Create, execute, and maintain test scenarios.
Coordinate end-to-end testing with internal teams and external trading partners.
Execute the EDI testing with external trading partners, including connectivity and transaction sets when necessary.
Analyze test failures, identify and correct causes.
Document test results, issues, and sign-off status; maintain testing documentation.
Ensure EDI solutions align with business processes and integration standards.
Analysis of new transaction sets, process flow of the document, create the IT development request, work with developer and Integrated testing.
Required Qualifications
College diploma or university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in EDI testing, or systems/integration testing.
Working knowledge of X12 EDI standards
Experience testing EDI transaction flows integrated with E1 systems.
Understanding of EDI mapping concepts and data validation techniques using Open Text TLI.
Familiarity with EDI communications protocols such as AS2.
Experience with EDI translation or middleware tools (e.g., BizLink, Trusted Link, Sterling, or similar).
Experience with JD Edwards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
