Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day project management activities from preconstruction through closeout
- Support scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Track project costs, quantities, and procurement activities
- Participate in project meetings and help ensure milestones are met
- Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
- Support field operations as needed to ensure quality and schedule adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-3+ years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience welcomed)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management career path
