Role Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Field Service Cloud SME to support **Workforce Management (WFM)** initiatives for Client’s Field Operations. The role focuses on optimizing scheduling, dispatch, and technician productivity by aligning FSL capabilities with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as **SME for Salesforce Field Service Cloud** supporting WFM and Field Operations
· Gather and translate business requirements into FSL solutions
· Configure FSL components: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, Skills, and Mobile Workforce
· Align FSL solutions with WFM goals (capacity planning, utilization, SLA adherence)
· Partner with Field Ops, Dispatch, WFM, and IT teams
· Support Agile delivery, UAT, production issues, and continuous improvements
Required Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with **Salesforce Field Service Cloud & Service Cloud**
· Solid understanding of **WFM concepts** (scheduling, routing, forecasting, optimization)
· Experience with Salesforce Flows, automation, and integrations
· Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred
· Telecom/Cable industry experience
· Salesforce FSL or Admin certification
· Experience supporting large-scale field technician environments
