We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with strong pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to support and implement SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. The candidate should have expertise in managing maintenance operations, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, calibration, and asset management within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
· Manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes.
· Configure maintenance plans, maintenance strategies, task lists, and work centers.
· Manage equipment master data, functional locations, and maintenance notifications.
· Support equipment calibration and validation processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
· Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, and Finance modules.
· Support maintenance of production equipment, utilities, HVAC, cleanroom systems, and manufacturing assets.
· Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP and GxP requirements.
· Support equipment history, maintenance records, and audit trail requirements.
· Participate in SAP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
