Summary

Salesforce Developer (Agentforce Experience Required)

Location: DFW, TX (Preferred) | Long-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a long-term project with a focus on Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong history of Salesforce development and architecture experience and has recently expanded their expertise into Agentforce, agentic AI capabilities, and intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
Build and enhance Agentforce-powered experiences, workflows, and AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Salesforce AI and automation capabilities.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
Recent experience with Salesforce Agentforce and agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Application Architect certifications.
Experience with Salesforce AI, Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, or related intelligent automation capabilities.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Salesforce professional who has spent years building and supporting Salesforce solutions and has recently gained hands-on experience implementing Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities within the Salesforce platform.
