Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, multi-site programs that deliver factory ready network and IT environments for contract manufacturing partners. You'll orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders-Network Engineering, Security, Enterprise IT, Manufacturing Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and CM partner teams-to ensure new factory lines and sites are brought online on time, securely, and at scale. You combine TPM fundamentals (roadmaps, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment) with enough technical depth to challenge solutions and de risk delivery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Own end-to-end programs for CM/EMS/ODM site readiness: discovery, design, build, validation, cutover, and post go live stabilization. Plan and drive factory network & IT setup, including LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, VLAN/IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, firewalls/NAC/VPN/SD WAN/Zero Trust, segmentation between OT/IT, and secure connectivity to NVIDIA corporate and cloud environments. Align standards across CMs: reference architectures, security baselines, naming/IP schemas, SSIDs, certificate policies, device hardening, logging, backup/restore, and DR/BCP. Coordinate cross team execution (internal Engineering, Security, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing) and external partners/vendors (e.g., CM IT/network teams, OEMs, carriers, systems integrators). Manage schedules, budgets, and scope; maintain program plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change control (ITIL). De risk delivery via pilot runs, factory site surveys, lab validation, staging, and clear cutover/runbook documentation. Drive compliance and security alignment (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST controls, asset inventory, least privilege, patching windows, audit readiness). Operationalize monitoring & support with CM partners (SNMP/NetFlow/syslog, SIEM/SOAR integrations, alerting runbooks, SLOs/OLAs, escalation paths). Report program health via crisp executive updates, metrics/OKRs, and outcome focused status reports; influence decisions with data. Continuously improve: codify playbooks, templates, and tooling; promote automation (e.g., Terraform/Ansible for repeatable network configs) and "factory in a box" kits.
