DevBytes Inc. is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in Santa Fe, NM. If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, end-user support, and delivering exceptional IT service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users
✅ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications
✅ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
✅ Set up and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and workstations
✅ Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions (Active Directory)
✅ Support Microsoft 365/Outlook and common enterprise applications
✅ Perform hardware deployments, upgrades, and asset management
✅ Document incidents and resolutions using the ticketing system
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting SLA requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ 2+ years of Desktop Support or IT Help Desk experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
✔️ Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
