Job Roles/Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist with approximately 7 years of experience in the contract management lifecycle and hands on exposure to the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) product suite. The ideal candidate will support end to end contract activities, ensure compliance, reduce risk, and contribute to process optimization efforts using the Icertis platform
- Required Skills:
- Support the development and execution of contract management processes using the Icertis Contract Management platform.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into ICM configurations.
- Configure and maintain ICM components such as workflows, templates, and reporting features to meet business needs.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Icertis product capabilities, providing user support, training, and guidance as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing contract management efficiency and streamlining workflows
- Additional Information:
- 7+ years of experience in contract management with a solid understanding of contract lifecycle activities including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
- Practical experience working with the Icertis Contract Management platform, with hands on involvement in configuration or system support.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross functional projects and support process improvement efforts within contract management functions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret contract data and provide meaningful insights.
