Job Description: SharePoint Online Migration Specialist
Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH
Duration: 8 Months Right to Hire (RTH)

Position Overview
We are seeking a SharePoint Online Migration Specialist to support a large-scale conversion effort within the Legal department. This role will focus on evaluating, migrating, and rebuilding existing SharePoint environments as the organization transitions fully to SharePoint Online. Candidates with Power Platform experience especially Power Automate and Power Apps are highly preferred, as legacy InfoPath workflows will require modernization.

Roles & Responsibilities
The selected consultant will support the migration and modernization of ~100 SharePoint sites within the Legal department. Key responsibilities include:
SharePoint Migration & Modernization
- Assist in evaluating current SharePoint site structures and determining migration readiness.
- Migrate content, lists, libraries, and metadata to SharePoint Online.
- Rebuild, redesign, or enhance existing SharePoint solutions in the modern platform.
- Decommission outdated, unused, or redundant SharePoint sites.
Workflow & Automation Redevelopment
- Prioritize sites heavily dependent on InfoPath workflows, which are being retired.
- Convert, rebuild, and modernize workflows using Power Automate and other M365 capabilities.
- Support automation initiatives across Legal to replace outdated processes.
- Ensure redesigned workflows align with user requirements, compliance standards, and organizational governance.
Power Platform Development
- Build Power Apps to replace legacy forms and InfoPath-based solutions.
- Streamline manual and semi-automated processes using Power Automate flows.
- Collaborate with Legal stakeholders to map requirements and develop intuitive, user-friendly applications.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Legal teams, IT, and business owners to ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide documentation, training, and support during and after migration.
- Identify opportunities to improve site usability, information architecture, and governance.
Qualifications
- 3 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, migrations, and site administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience converting legacy InfoPath solutions (preferred).
- Understanding of M365 tooling, governance, permissions, and data security.
- Ability to manage multiple migration tasks across a large portfolio of sites.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
