Summary

Position: SharePoint Online Migration Specialist

Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus , OH
Duration: 8 Months Right to Hire
Department: Legal

Project Overview

Support a large-scale migration and modernization of approximately 100 SharePoint sites as the organization transitions fully to SharePoint Online (M365). Focus includes site evaluation, content migration, workflow redesign, and replacing legacy InfoPath solutions using Power Platform.

Required Skills

Strong experience with SharePoint Online (M365) site collections, lists, libraries, metadata, and modern experience
Proven SharePoint migration & modernization experience (content restructuring, site redesign, decommissioning)
Hands-on Power Automate and Power Apps development
Experience converting InfoPath forms/workflows (preferred)
Knowledge of M365 governance, permissions, and data security

Responsibilities

Assess and prioritize sites for migration
Migrate and modernize SharePoint environments
Redesign workflows dependent on InfoPath
Build Power Apps to replace legacy forms
Automate Legal department processes
Collaborate with Legal stakeholders and IT
Provide documentation, training, and post-migration support
Improve information architecture and site usability

Experience

7+ years of SharePoint Online experience
Proven SharePoint migration experience
Strong Power Automate and Power Apps development
Experience managing multiple site migrations
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
