Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze business requirements, configure PeopleSoft FSCM Travel & Expense modules, and support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot complex application issues, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain enterprise ERP system stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to support ERP initiatives, system upgrades, roadmap planning, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, support audits, disaster recovery activities, compliance initiatives, and operational best practices
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM applications, including extensive expertise in Travel & Expense modules, ERP production support, system configuration, functional analysis, and public sector financial systems.

Technical Skills
|
PeopleSoft FSCM, ERP System Configuration, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, SAP BusinessObjects
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Travel & Expense Management, Financial Management, ERP Production Support, Business Process Analysis, Public Sector ERP, IT Service Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft General Ledger and Accounts Payable modules.
- Experience with enterprise ERP modernization, production support, and system optimization initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale public sector financial systems and cross-functional project teams.
