Security Service Technicians to support expanding operations in
both Dayton and Cleveland. Go These technicians will service both
residential and commercial customers and must have experience in at least one of the following areas:
IP cameras, access control, fire alarms, or burglar alarm systems. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple service calls each day.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems
- Perform diagnostics, wiring, programming, and equipment repairs
- Work on CCTV systems, DVRs, card readers, panels, and access control technology
- Provide customer training and support
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate inventory
- Collaborate with the team to complete installations
- Follow safety guidelines, company procedures, and on-call requirements
- Stay updated on emerging security technology
Must-Have Experience2+ years of residential AND commercial experience (both required)
Experience in
at least one of the following categories:
- IP Cameras: Axis, Milestone, Acti, Speco, Pelco, analog systems
- Access Control: DMP, Keri, Keyscan
- Fire Alarm Systems: DMP, Silent Knight, Fire Lite
- Burglar/Intrusion Systems: Honeywell, DMP, DSC
Strong customer service skills
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Ability to work independently, lift equipment, and use scissor lifts
Ability to read schematics & follow technical documentation
Nice-to-Have Skills- IP camera programming / VMS experience
- Construction site/commercial install experience
- Experience with Notifier (big plus)
- Strong computer/technical literacy
- Experience prewiring homes or new construction

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
