Job Title: Data Engineering Manager (Reporting & Analytics)

Job Description:
We're looking for a strong Data Engineering Manager with a solid background in data platforms and program/delivery leadership. This role will lead the semantic layer, reporting, and analytics workstream, ensuring high-quality delivery across timelines, risks, and technical execution. Local candidates preferred and immediate availability is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery for the semantic layer and reporting/analytics track

• Own engineering milestones, timelines, and risk management

• Provide hands-on technical oversight across data pipelines and reporting assets

• Partner with engineering teams, program managers, and business stakeholders

• Drive daily execution (scrums, issue resolution, status reporting)

• Bridge engineering execution with program leadership and executives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering and delivery leadership

• Strong experience with Snowflake, DBT, and data pipelines

• Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, PySpark

• Experience with BI/semantic modeling and reporting enablement

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, ADF, Glue, Informatica, etc.)

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk ownership
