Job Description
This is a hands-on technical leadership role sitting within the IT department and reporting directly to the Director of IT. You''ll own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform — spanning modern API-led, event-driven, and AI-enabled architectures. If you''re the kind of engineer who wants to build the foundation, not just maintain it, this role was made for you.
Day-to-day you''ll collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions across a modern SaaS stack including Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, Sophos, and Arena. You''ll also play a key role in building out OCR capabilities leveraging MuleSoft IDP''s AI features — this is not a purely maintenance-mode position. There is real greenfield work here.
Beyond the technical build, you''ll provide mentorship to developers on the team, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure the platform is performant, secure, and compliant with HIPAA and SOX standards. You''ll also evaluate and adopt emerging MuleSoft AI capabilities as they become relevant to the business.
