Summary

Role: Salesforce CPQ Functional Lead
Contract: 12+ Months
Client Location: Seattle, WA (100% Remote)

Note: Candidate needs to be in PST/ MST time zone.

Job Description:

Lead requirements gathering for quoting, pricing, product configuration, and approval workflows across business units
Translate complex quoting and product strategies into scalable Salesforce CPQ functional design
Develop end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process flows including CPQ, CLM, Billing, and ERP touchpoints
Define functional design for product catalogs, bundles, configuration logic, and pricing structures
Create guided selling flows and user-friendly quote creation experiences tailored to sales personas
Drive functional decisions for discounting models, approval rules, contract amendments, and renewals
Produce detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on rule logic and extensions.
Lead UAT, develop test scenarios, and validate CPQ functionality against business requirements.
Provide functional governance across environments, release cycles, and CPQ data integrity.
Partner with business stakeholders to build CPQ roadmaps, adoption plans, and continuous improvements.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $66.00 $72.00/hour, Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
