Job Title: Performance Engineer (SRE Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Engineer with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing, monitoring, and system optimization in high-availability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing
- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and uptime
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance tuning recommendations
- Automate performance testing and reporting processes
- Support capacity planning and forecasting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in performance testing and engineering
- Hands-on experience with SRE practices and tools
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in large-scale, high-traffic environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
