Summary

Job Title: SAP Transportation Management Consultant

Location: Remote/WFH

Duration: 11 months+ contract

Notes:

Looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience, ideally for this support project.

Experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support for SAP TM within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on incident resolution, functional analysis, and continuous improvement across transportation planning and execution processes. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure system stability and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Transportation Management (TM) incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Freight Orders, Freight Units, and transportation execution.
Support transportation planning, carrier selection, tendering, and booking processes.
Resolve charge calculation and settlement issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and meet SLA/OLA targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as an SAP TM Consultant in a support or delivery role.
Strong functional expertise in freight management, planning, execution, and settlement.
Experience providing L2/L3 support in a production SAP environment.
Ability to analyze complex issues and collaborate across functional and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in SLA driven environments.
