Job Title: SAP TPM Functional Consultant (SAP CRM – Interaction Center)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP TPM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM (Interaction Center) and deep knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and implementation efforts across funds management, promotion planning, and claims/deduction management, with strong integration across SAP SD, FI, and CO modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead blueprint and design workshops for SAP TPM solutions
• Configure SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM):
  • Promotion planning and execution
  • Trade Funds Management (TFM)
  • Accruals and settlement processes
• Design and implement Deduction Management and Claims Management integrated with FI-AR
• Define and manage TPM master data models (trade funds, customer hierarchies, product hierarchies)
• Collaborate with SD, FI, and CO teams to ensure end-to-end promotion-to-cash integration
• Support data migration (open promotions, fund balances, accruals) to S/4HANA
• Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing, and develop functional test scripts
• Create and maintain:
  • Functional specifications
  • Configuration documents
  • Training materials
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and stakeholders
• Support integration with HighRadius for deduction management

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of SAP TPM (CBP) functional consulting experience
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP TPM implementations (Consumer Goods domain preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Funds Management & Trade Funds
  • Promotion Settlement & Accrual Accounting
  • Deduction Processing
• Deep integration knowledge across:
  • SAP SD (pricing, condition contracts)
  • SAP FI-AR (open item management, clearing)
  • SAP CO (profitability analysis)
• Strong experience in SAP CRM – Interaction Center
• Excellent skills in:
  • Business process analysis
  • Requirement gathering
  • Functional documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HighRadius (deductions & receivables management)
• Knowledge of Blacksmith (Food Service TPM applications)
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience with SAP BW Planning (aDSOs, Process Chains)
• Exposure to reporting and analytics tools
