Description Help Desk Technician - Level 2Location: Manchester, CT
A Robert Half client is seeking a Help Desk Level 2 Technician to provide day-to-day technical support to end users.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 desktop, hardware, and software issues
- Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Escalate complex issues as needed and document work in a ticketing system
Requirements Qualifications:- 5+ years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite in Manchester, CT
