Description: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic project team, responsible for defining, developing, and delivering technology solutions aligned with business needs. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and support solution delivery. You will work with development teams, oversee quality assurance, and guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation.

Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, conducting business process analysis (As-Is/To-Be), and recommending effective solution options. You will document functional specifications, manage change requests, and ensure all documentation is up to date. The role also requires monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and communicating mitigation plans to program management.

You will test system enhancements to ensure alignment with business requirements and assist in developing end-user documentation, including help guides and release notes. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams are essential.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Information Systems or business-related roles, along with a solid understanding of application support and integration. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Retail industry experience is a plus.
