Senior Power Platform Developer / Lead Power Platform Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade low-code/no-code solutions, automate business processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex workflows using Power Automate.
• Design scalable data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications.
• Develop custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to gather and refine requirements.
• Implement security models, governance frameworks, and compliance standards within Power Platform environments.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Mentor junior developers and establish Power Platform development best practices.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Power Pages
  • Dataverse
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience developing REST APIs, custom connectors, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices.
