Blue Prism Automation Program Lead

Must Haves: 5+ years of owing a RPA or Automation Portfolio | Ability to run the automations program - meeting performance expectations, managing business stakeholders, interacting with development/support teams | Familiarity with the following tools or similar - Blue Prism (RPA), ABBYY FlexiCapture (OCR), Glyphic (IDP), Python, SAP | Familiarity with SAP Finance and Supply Chain functionality | Blue Prism developer experience is a bonus
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development, including object/process design, exception handling, and work queue management.
Strong production-support experience with Control Room, the scheduler, and session troubleshooting, including L1/L2/L3 support.
Experience owning and prioritizing an automation or application backlog.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical solutions.
Working knowledge of ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar IDP/OCR tools.
Experience automating against enterprise applications (SAP strongly preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Skills
Blue Prism Developer or Professional Developer certification.
Python scripting or API-based integration experience.
Exposure to modern intelligent document processing or data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
