Short Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Services Data Operations Analyst / Manager to support Data Governance initiatives for Patient Services Platforms in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, compliant, and well-governed patient data across CRM and patient support systems while partnering with business, IT, and vendor teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive data governance, stewardship, metadata, and data quality initiatives for patient-facing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and documentation.
  • Manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data catalog, business glossary, and governance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Patient Services, IT, business stakeholders, and platform vendors.
  • Support governance reporting, presentations, process improvements, and ad hoc data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Quality.
  • Experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical patient data and patient-facing platforms (CRM, case management, patient support systems).
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA/regulated environments preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in regulated healthcare/pharmaceutical environments.
