Short Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Services Data Operations Analyst / Manager to support Data Governance initiatives for Patient Services Platforms in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, compliant, and well-governed patient data across CRM and patient support systems while partnering with business, IT, and vendor teams.


Key Responsibilities

Drive data governance, stewardship, metadata, and data quality initiatives for patient-facing platforms.

Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and documentation.

Manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data catalog, business glossary, and governance metrics.

Collaborate with Patient Services, IT, business stakeholders, and platform vendors.

Support governance reporting, presentations, process improvements, and ad hoc data analysis.

Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.


Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Quality.

Experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical patient data and patient-facing platforms (CRM, case management, patient support systems).

Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA/regulated environments preferred).

Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience working in regulated healthcare/pharmaceutical environments.
