The Product Analyst is a key member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization, responsible for partnering with Product Leaders, Stakeholders, Technology teams, Operations, and Compliance partners to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions that support SPS products and services.

The Product Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. This role leads to discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. Working across business and technology teams, the analyst drives alignment and ensures partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable and organizational results.
Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design.
Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making.
Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.
