Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will join the Salesforce practice. The Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.
Responsibilities:
Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams
Lead meetings to elicit requirements and critical analysis to incorporate business needs into user stories
Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements
Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for company
Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting features
Write user stories in Jira with testable AC by working with Quality Assurance
Identify and communicate dependencies between stories in and out of the Salesforce backlog
Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time
Verify requirement delivery to coordinate story acceptance
Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners
Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3-5 years of substantial experience in with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
2 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira
Strong general business acumen
History of managing complex processes and multi-layered projects
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce administrator certification
Previous start-up company experience
Healthcare industry experience
System integration consulting experience
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 or the hourly equivalent.
