A Day in the LifeYou will play a key role in advancing manufacturing processes and supporting production excellence.
- Support new product introduction, process improvement, and equipment optimizations initiatives
- identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in operations, quality, maintenance, R&D, and others to implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence.
Keys to SuccessEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) with 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or advanced degree
Experience- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GMP, ISO environments)
- Exposure to process development, manufacturing support, or engineering projects
- Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Experience with engineering documentation, specifications, and change control
- Experience with automation, controls, and process validation preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of equipment qualification and calibration processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor and train personnel
Other- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and comply with PPE/gowning requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $79,200.00-$105,600.00.
