Summary

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join a collaborative team modernizing core enterprise web applications. If you love building robust backend systems, writing clean frontend code, and working in an Agile environment, this position is for you!

Location: Lansing, MI (430 West Allegan Street)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Required onsite 2 days a week: Tuesdays & Wednesdays) - No fully remote option.

Interview Process: In-Person interviews only. Candidates must be available to interview face-to-face.

Target Candidates: Local candidates only (Must live within a 1-hour drive of Lansing, MI).

Core Technical Skills Required (8+ Years)

To be successful in this position, your resume must clearly demonstrate 8+ years of hands-on experience in:

Backend: ASP.NET & C#
Framework: Microsoft MVC 5.0 (including Razor)
Architecture: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Frontend: Strong Native JavaScript
Database: SQL Server backend development
Methodology: Software development using Agile practices

Highly Desired Framework Skills (3 5 Years)

Databases & Reporting: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - 5 years
ORMs: Entity Framework - 5 years
JS Libraries: jQuery framework - 5 years
Testing: Unit Testing - 3 years
