Job Description:
Experience in leadership role to prioritize and provide guidance for executing full range of services tasks.
Expertise with assessing customers current methodologies and recommend best practice-based optimization improvement solutions, including imaging, application deployment, logistics and user state migration methodologies.
Advisory in delivering secure and centrally managed virtual desktop environments using Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Omnissa Horizon View.
Advisory level experience with leading/executing Requirements Gathering and User Acceptance Testing services.
At the Enterprise Level, experienced in the design, build, deployment, and maintenance of critical infrastructure inside Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Services platforms.
Able to work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns.
Capable of proposing solutions for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks, and application integration.
Able to transfer data and internal processes to cloud architecture.
Capable of establishing standards, guidance, and best practices for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform solutions.
Capable of establishing the appropriate monitoring and alerting of solution events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.
Able to act as a liaison for engineers to create architectural templates and build/operational documents.
Delivering secure and centrally managed virtual desktop environments using Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Omnissa Horizon View.
Leading end-to-end lifecycle services including assessment, design, implementation, migration, and optimization.
Supporting hybrid and remote workforces across regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and legal.
Implementation of Hybrid Client solutions for seamless access to cloud, virtual, and local applications.
Management of device provisioning and golden image creation for Dell OptiPlex, Latitude, Precision, and Thin Clients.
Integrate VOi environments with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, lntune, and Wyse Management Suite.
