  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive accountability across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business leaders to ensure successful execution.
  • Remove obstacles that impact team performance and delivery timelines.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning activities.
  • Balance Agile methodologies with traditional project management disciplines when required.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively with recommendations for resolution.
  • Communicate project impacts, challenges, and delays with clarity and professionalism.
  • Influence decision-making through facts, metrics, and data-driven insights.
  • Build trust and credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project governance standards and reporting requirements are met.
  • Maintain project documentation and executive-level reporting.
  • Drive informed decisions through meaningful project metrics and performance indicators.
Primary Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
  • Strong experience leading Agile technology projects and initiatives.
  • Experience working within a financial services, banking, fintech, or regulated industry environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to communicate difficult project updates and delivery challenges effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience working in the ServiceNow space
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience working within enterprise technology organizations.
