In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the firm to elicit and evaluate their needs and help determine how best our team can deliver excellent solutions. You will also play an integral role in working with our internal team members across our entire product suite to help build and manage our opportunity backlog.

Execution - Owning all aspects of technology product development, including definition, creation, development, and implementation through a prioritized backlog of product features.


Client Focus - Developing a deep understanding of the target market, building close relationships with key stakeholders, and helping define business strategy.


Digital Experiences - Collaborating with design, technology, and business partners to build digital experiences that our clients are passionate about.

What You'll Do


Requirements Gathering & Definition


Lead requirements gathering for new digital web form capabilities, translating business needs and BA analysis into defined form logic (data elements, validations, conditional flows, and exception handling)


Ensure requirements reflect end-to-end client and operational journeys and align to digitization goals (reduce NIGO, simplify experience)


Partner with UX and Technology to refine requirements into scalable, reusable solutions aligned to platform standards


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Technology, Operations, Client Experience) to define target user experiences and supporting requirements


Strategy, Prioritization & Backlog Management


Analyze top-volume and high-impact paper forms to inform digitization opportunities and sequencing decisions


Partner with stakeholders to inform prioritization based on volume, impact, complexity, and feasibility


Translate business priorities and requirements into clear feature definitions and delivery sequencing


Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery


Partner with UX, Technology, Operations, and Client Experience to define and deliver digital form solutions


Drive alignment across teams to ensure shared understanding of scope, priorities, and timelines


Support rollout of digital web form capabilities, including sequencing and readiness planning


Risk, Reporting & Governance


Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across workstreams and drive resolution


Track and communicate progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership


Ensure delivery aligns with OKRs, metrics, and overall program goals


What You Have


Experience as a Product Manager supporting digital or operational initiatives.


Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner supporting digital products or platforms


robust ability to define strategy, manage backlogs, and drive execution


Experience partnering across Product, Technology, UX, Operations, and Client Experience


Robust communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders


Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results


Experience with forms digitization, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms preferred


Financial services experience a plus but not required.
