In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the firm to elicit and evaluate their needs and help determine how best our team can deliver excellent solutions. You will also play an integral role in working with our internal team members across our entire product suite to help build and manage our opportunity backlog.

Responsible For

Strategy - Setting ambitious and clear product vision for designing re-usable utilities across multiple journeys.

Execution - Owning all aspects of technology product development, including definition, creation, development, and implementation through a prioritized backlog of product features.

Client Focus - Developing a deep understanding of the target market, building close relationships with key stakeholders, and helping define business strategy.

Digital Experiences - Collaborating with design, technology, and business partners to build digital experiences that our clients are passionate about.

qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager supporting digital or operational initiatives.

Robust analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, perform gap analysis, and translate insights into clear recommendations.

Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Ops, Tech, UX, and Client Experience teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
