Summary

Position: Epic Tapestry Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 7+ months Contract

Strong experience with Epic Tapestry (must be certified)
Hands-on experience in building, configuring, and supporting Tapestry modules
Ability to fix issues, handle tickets, and support users daily
Experience in healthcare payer systems like claims, enrollment, authorizations, and billing
Knowledge of SQL and reporting
Understanding of batch jobs, workflows, and system monitoring
Familiarity with MyChart integration is a plus
Experience with integration formats like HL7, EDI, XML, CSV
Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA)

Day-to-Day Expectations
Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
Work on change requests, deployments, and upgrades
Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Create documentation, reports, and training materials
Collaborate with teams and act as a bridge between business and IT
Participate in or lead projects and meetings
