Salesforce Developer / Consultant (Only G.C / U.S.C)

Desired Experience and Skillset:
- Minimum of 5 years'' experience specializing in the Salesforce technology stack
- Proficient in designing applications and hands-on software development
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the Salesforce platform; capable of crafting reusable software entities
- Execute and oversee integration processes between Salesforce and other systems via REST/SOAP API interfaces and middleware applications
- Advocate for and implement coding efficiencies, refactor code for improved performance, and establish uniform development protocols
- Capable of making technical decisions and executing project deliverables autonomously
- Recommend procedural enhancements and industry best practices
- Strives for exemplary quality in all aspects of engineering, including design patterns and coding standards
- Well-versed in fundamental principles and advanced features of Salesforce including, but not limited to: object-oriented design principles, data security measures, object and data relationship modeling, Salesforce''s sharing models, Apex best practices and security, Lightning development environment, and declarative low code tools (e.g., validation rules, process builders)
- Engage actively in all Agile/Scrum events, contribute meaningfully to discussions
- Skilled in analyzing business objectives to devise and scale implementation strategies appropriately
- Acquainted with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methods and familiar tools such as GitHub and Jenkins
- Must be comfortable with Agile project management methodologies
- Holds or is pursuing Salesforce certifications like Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I
