Required Qualifications :
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess between 3 to 6 years of quality assurance experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in Salesforce test automation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is required, including but not limited to its data structures, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as automation features such as Flows and Process Builder.
- Demonstrable experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, for example, Cucumber, Karate, Selenium WebDriver, or similar technologies is crucial.
- A strong command of at least one popular programming language, with examples including Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Prior experience with the application of both RESTful and SOAP web services within the Salesforce environment is necessary.
- Applicants should be conversant with specialized test management software designed for Salesforce platforms, such as TestRail, Xray, or the Salesforce Test Automation Frameworks.
- A working familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Git and Jenkins is highly desirable.
- The role requires expertise in formulating and executing SOQL queries for testing purposes, including validation and diagnostic tasks.
- While it is not a deal-breaker, an ability to understand, review, and debug Apex code and LWC would be beneficial.
- Strong communicative capacities, both written and spoken, are essential, alongside an initiative-taking and responsible approach to work duties.
