Merger & Acquisitions Program Manager

Position: M&A Program Manager
Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite)

Job Description and Key Requirements: 

• Atleast couple of engagement experience in the M&A space handling the program management of the M&A activities pre- and post-merger activities. While client prefers a candidate with experience in the Telecom/ISP space the M&A experience is the key (not necessarily large-scale M&A’s) . They are looking for a seasoned candidate.
• Technology expertise in the Network or operations space is not a mandatory need but exposure and experience in the M&A technology integrations is a plus. The candidate should be able to work with the track leads asking the right questions, setting up priorities, anticipate roadblocks and guide on mitigation plans.
• This role will closely work all different teams/towers under the M&A umbrella and should have a broader exposure on how the end-to-end M&A activities operate and need not be an expert in a specific segment of M&A.
• One key expectation for this role is to bring all the teams together and drive towards the common goal set by the stakeholder team.
