Proven experience owning and scaling an ERP platform in a multi-site environment.

Background in PE-backed or high-growth organizations strongly preferred.

Experience leading small, high-impact teams (3–8 people).
Technical Strengths

ERP leadership: Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, or similar

Business Intelligence & data platforms

Systems integration (EDI, WMS, CRM, finance tools)

Infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity fundamentals
