Platform Support Lead – Data, Analytics & AI Platforms (Onshore)

1. Bring strong snowflake database administration background as a primary skill, coordinating with offshore teams to support a broad portfolio of platforms including Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, MuleSoft, Matillion, Ataccama, Informatica MDM, Denodo, DataIKU, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure).
2. Serve as the primary onshore lead and accountability owner for end-to-end platform support operations, driving delivery excellence across all operational and engineering service areas.
3. Own and govern the full ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle including incident and problem management, change control, knowledge management, and ITSM reporting ensuring SLA compliance, CAB facilitation, and root cause analysis.
4. Lead release management and environment operations including production deployments, CI/CD pipeline orchestration, environment provisioning, DR planning and execution, and IT Change Control audit support.
5. Oversee enhancement services by coordinating effort estimation, design, development, testing, and implementation of approved platform changes ensuring alignment with strategic goals, governance standards, and monthly capacity utilization targets.
