Role Overview: To develop an unstructured data import tool, using the Power Automate platform (with Copilot studio). We are seeking a Microsoft ecosystem expert who can help our team implement the supporting technology, establish deployment and release pipelines, and build internal expertise to effectively manage and scale the solution over time.
Objective: The solution we are looking to develop is a framework that can ingest PDFs and other document types, extract and transform unstructured content into structured data, and then pass that data into downstream API-driven workflows and business processes.
Solution Development

Design and develop a reusable document ingestion framework.
Build workflows that:

Receive PDFs and other document types.
Extract content using Microsoft AI and automation tools.
Transform unstructured data into structured formats (JSON, XML, tables, etc.).
Validate and enrich extracted data.
Route data into downstream systems via APIs and Power Platform workflows.

Implement exception handling, logging, auditing, and monitoring.

Technical Requirements:

5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
Deep expertise in:

Power Automate
Copilot Studio
AI Builder
Power Apps ecosystem

Proven experience integrating APIs and external data sources.
Experience designing document processing solutions using:

PDF ingestion
OCR technologies
Document extraction tools
Azure AI Document Intelligence or similar services

Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, and data transformation.

Platform & DevOps Experience

Experience implementing ALM for Power Platform.
Hands-on knowledge of:

Azure DevOps
Git repositories
CI/CD pipelines
Environment management
