Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ADM program delivery across multiple technologies
Manage scope, delivery milestones, risks, budgets, and governance
Drive client engagement and executive-level communication
Oversee global delivery teams across onshore/offshore models
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage financials including forecasting, revenue, and margins

Required Skills:

12+ years of IT industry experience
Strong experience managing large ADM / managed services programs
Experience in Utilities industry environments
Expertise handling SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce portfolios
Strong governance, delivery, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English & Spanish (Mandatory)
