Summary

job summary:

Act as the primary onsite liaison between Pike business stakeholders field operations teams IT teams and the offshore delivery team Responsible for requirements clarification solution alignment workshop facilitation UAT coordination deployment readiness and overall delivery governance across Oracle Field Service OFS enhancement workstreams

responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Pike business field operations payroll finance and IT stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with offshore development and integration teams
  • Review solution designs and ensure alignment with OFS best practices
  • Support sprint planning backlog grooming and prioritization
  • Facilitate SIT UAT defect triage and production deployment activities
  • Manage risks dependencies assumptions and stakeholder communications
  • Validate solution compliance with business processes and operational objectives
  • Support training change management hypercare and knowledge transfer activities
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership and project governance teams
