Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $62hr - $67hr

Support end-to-end project coordination including documentation, tracking, and execution activities.
Develop and maintain detailed process flows, workflows, and project artifacts ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, client meetings, and internal reporting.
Facilitate meetings by scheduling, capturing notes, tracking key decisions, and following up on action items.
Act as a liaison between leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
Assist in monitoring project progress, risks, dependencies, and maintaining dashboards and status reports.
At least 9+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and facilitate meetings effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments.
Experience supporting leadership or executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
Experience in healthcare or enterprise programs (nice to have).
