  • Triage escalations from field technicians, resolving coordination issues and routing technical problems to engineers.
  • Provide status reporting on project portfolio health, identifying on-track and blocked projects.
  • Identify systemic issues and process bottlenecks, escalating them to management for resolution.
  • Maintain and improve coordination procedures, handoff checklists, and escalation paths.
Required Qualifications

  • Need someone with a fiber background or data center background.
  • Familiarity with datacenter operations, including cabling, rack positions, fiber patching, and optical hardware.
  • Understanding of the network deployment lifecycle, from project acceptance through physical build to operational turn-up.
  • Experience with supplier or vendor coordination in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in workflow and ticket management to track a high volume of concurrent projects.
  • Ability to perform incident triage to identify the root cause of project stalls or failures and route to the correct owner.
